Less than 72 hours before the tour: the full amount will be due and retained.
In case of unfavorable weather, free rescheduling is possible up to a maximum of 24 hours in advance.

eTukTuk :
- Maximum 12 people per group.
- Booster seats are available for children aged 5 and above (upon request).
- Baby seats are available for children weighing over 9 kg (upon request).
- Includes the “Must-Sees” tour plus the Place des Nations-Unies.
Vélo-Taxi:
- Maximum 20 people per group.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Bicycle:
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Open to individuals capable of riding safely in the city.
- If the guide determines that a participant cannot ride safely, they will not be permitted to join the tour. In such cases, 50% of the tour price will be refunded.
Important:
For groups larger than 8 people, please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
