Bike-Taxi :

20 people max / group.
-10 years accompanied by an adult.

eTukTuk :

8 people max / group.
Not allowed for children under 5 years old. Boosters provided to children over 5 years old.

Bike :

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Open to people who already know how to safely ride in a city. In the case that the guide feels that you are not able to ride safely, you will not be allowed to take part in the tour and you will be reimbursed 50% of the price of the tour.
For a group of more than 10 people, please reserve 24h in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Up to one week before the date: free cancellation.
Up to 72 hours before the tour: 50% of the amount will be due and retained. Free rescheduling possible.
Less than 72 hours before the tour: the full amount will be due and retained.
In case of unfavorable weather, free rescheduling is possible up to a maximum of 24 hours in advance.
