Cancellation Policy:
Free Cancellation: A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required at the time of booking. Free cancellation is available with a 14-day notice before the event for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the preparations already made.
Final Participant Confirmation: The final confirmation of the number of attendees is required 7 days before the event date. After this deadline, absent participants will be charged.
